The Demon Inside Me

(This poem is about how Jasmine fears her demon side. She also talks about how dangerous she is around the full moon, her friends and there may be some Draco/Jasmine refrences in there)

The demon inside me mostly sleeps
The demon inside me wakes during the full moon or when I'm upset or angry
It makes me feel hungry......for blood
I cannot control my urges during the full moon, for where that's when I'm the most dangerous
The demon inside me makes me attack the people I care about
The demon inside me doesn't care who she kills
It makes me attack my friends
It makes me want to drink their blood
The demon inside me doesn't attack my lover
It considers my love Draco her mate
It doesn't want his pure blood
It wants his love and devotion, As do I
I despise the demon inside me
It comes at some of the worst times
It came during a fight that Draco and I had with Harry Potter
All I could think about was killing Harry Potter
All because of the demon inside me
I fear the demon inside me
I fear that it would lead the the murder of my friends or an accidental death of Draco
I fear that the demon inside will take over
I must fight the demon inside me
I must fight to protect my friends from the demon inside me
