Character History:

Part of a long line of purebloods, Sirius Black was always a bit different. He showed rebellion at an early age; he never quite appreciated being a pureblooded wizard. He attended Hogwarts and became friends with a small group of people, even though he was quite popular. As the years went by, they adopted the name The Marauders. Quite the group, they never showed acknoledgement of any rules, they merely made Hogwarts their own. As they left school, the four became members of the Order of the Phoenix, a secret society, fighting off those who posed a threat to the wizarding community. His best friend, James Potter, made him the godfather of his child, Harry James Potter. Sadly, James and his wife, Lily, were murdered and Sirius was blamed for their murder. Sent directly to Azkaban without a trial, he spent twelve long years in the prison. The idea of vengance barely keeping him sane. He later escaped by transfiguring into his animal form and slipping through the prison. After a period of waiting, Remus Lupin, a childhood friend, allowed him entrance into Hogwarts, to get his much needed revenge on Peter Pettigrew, meeting his godson in the process. After the failed attempt at Pettigrew's life, he fled from the Ministry of Magic, who still thought him to be guilty of the crimes. A year later, Lord Voldemort rose to power causing the Order of the Phoenix to rise once more. Sirius provided Number Twelve Grimmauld Place, his parent's house as headquarters for the Order. However, he could not actively participate in the fight against Voldemort due to the fact that Ministry refused to believe he was innocent. Around a year later, Sirius Black met his end at the hands of Bellatrix Lestrange, his own cousin. She cursed him through a magical Veil, thus sending him into the world of the dead. However, the day has come for Sirius Black to rise from the dead...
