The Hearing (not public)

Pandora looked to the man being acussed. "Him the man running the orphange that harriate stayed at until I went and got her. Taking her from all that horrible abuse he'd done to her," she said feeling sick at her stomache at the thought.

She smiled to Harry as he came in.

Tonk's looked up at Pandora and then round the rest of the room quickly seeing who was there then put back her attention to sikes.

Harriate froze slightly hearing Remus say he had no idea what this was about and shrugged slightly. She looked up and over at Silver. She wanted this over and done with as soon as possible. She was still suffering from magical exhaustian and it was wearing her out.

Pandora winked to Tonks...to let here know she was ready for the fight and ready to take this filth to Azkaban soon as possible.

She glanced at Harraite to make sure she was okay...she had brought a calming draught for her if she got to stressed.

"Do you need a calming draught", she said leaning in and whispering to Harriate?

"Him!"
He said looking at him stand up suddenly glaring at him
"I hope he's getting what he deserves!"

Harriate shook her head weakley and forced a smile onto her face so they wouldnt worry so much.
'm'fine.'
She looked up at Remus and pulled his hand softly to get him to sit back down.
'Please dont.'

Tonk's looked up at Remus and stared at him as he got angry.Looked to Harriate and then back to sikes,not saying much just watching what was happening.

Tonk's looked up at Harry startled and slowly said to Harry..

"What did you say Harry?"

Silver walked back across the courtroom and took her seat beside Harriate as the regal looking witch walked to the center of the courtroom to address the jury members.

Harriate swallowed nervously wondering if Barty had known all along. She saw Silver walk back over and another witch stand up and turned her attention to them.

Tonk's stared at Sikes making sure he didn't try anything as Harry said this.

Tonk's nodded and kept her eyes on Sikes..

A man sat to the site read from a piece of parchment in a clear and loud voice which echoed around the room.

‘Court case of one Michael William Sikes on the date of December 27th. Stands trial for Child abuse of the children of Sikes Orphanage and in particular one Miss Harriate Lily Riddle.’
The man sat down and the witch then proceeded to tell the jury off all the things which had been reported. From the slaps and withholding food to the use of the belt and cane.
Pictures were shown of the state of harriate when she wasn’t wearing a glamour charm. The scar that ran over her eye. The various criss-crossing scars on her back and arms and legs and you could count her ribs through her skin.
She looked about 12 or 13 like she did now not the 17 years she was.
Evidence was shown to the jury to prove that it was indeed Sikes that had committed this crime and was negligent of all the children within his care to some degree.

Silver presented all the evidence she had from Harriate’s statement, statement from the Muggle children and the pictures to a video, which had been made to play within the magical environment. Sikes was indeed a sick twisted man to even record the things he did.

Silver then turned and looked at Harriate. It was her go. She took her seat and waited for Harriate.

Pandora stood up and spoke to the court.

"This man abused his wards of the orphange, Harriates not the only one. But one of many. No doubt trying to make them all deatheaters and beating them when they refused. I say he should be sent to Azkaban and then we find his brother and try him in court too. The evidence is here she said pointing to Harriate. This child has the scares to prove it."

Sikes pulled against the chains snarling at Pandora and Harriate.
'Thats a lie. I havent touched anyone. She always lies.' He sneered before smirking at harriate.
'besides shes one of those Death Eater thing..look at her arm.'

Silver shot a look at Sikes before glancing at Harriate wondering how to get out of this mess.

Tonk's glared down at sikes and pointed her wand

"Will you shut up this isn't for you to speak...Silencio"

Sikes became silent and yelled with not a sound coming out.

Harriate flinched as she met his eyes and tried to go futher back into her chair. Harriate glanced around at all the eyes looking at her in shock. She pulled her arm warmer off and held up her left arm to show only pale scared flesh not a Dark Mark on her skin.

Tonk's looked up as Harriate showed her arm and raised an eyebrow but kept her eyes on Sikes and watched him..Wanting this to end so he could get what he deserved.

Pandora just wanted to rip his heart out...she was so angry, she felt her cheeks get warm. She was glad Tonks silienced him.

She just wished this could hurry and be over with so she could get Harriate out of here. She looked to Remus with a frown. Wondering what would happen next.

Silver raised an eyebrow seeing the bare arm. She knew for a fact Harriate had the Dark Mark. She looked closely at the scars surrounding where it would be and gasped mentaly. She'd cut the skin off.

She noticed Tonks and Silvers suprise at the mark being gone...but she never flinched or said a word about it. She pretended it never were there.
