The capturing barty

Harriate had just heard about what happened to Remus. She was still in shock as she walked to the ministry and down to the court rooms. It was her fault so she would deal with the consequences. Seeing the others up ahead she paused.
'What are you doing here?'

Jasmine just apparated to the ministry courtroom and met up with Tina and Cody. Jasmine looked down at Barty who was still unconscious and she drew out her wand. Just then, she heard a voice and turned around. Harriate was standing all the way across the room,"Don't come any closer, Harriate. Leave now and let Cody, Tina, and I take this slimeball to the minister so, he can get what he deserves. Now leave!!!!!!!!!! This doesn't concern you."

Harriate looked at her confused before seeing Barty behind the others out cold.
'What have you done?' She asked eyes hardening voice sounding like ice.

Jasmine smiled wickedly at Harriate,"He tried to kill us earlier but, we taught him a lesson he'll never forget. Now we're going to turn him in. I don't know why you like him Harriate but, I guess you two belong together because I know what you did to Remus. Hopefully, you haven't gone after Draco. Because, if you do, you'll be looking like Barty and I'll turn you into the minister too."

Harriate felt her anger rising and she clenched her fists.
'I told you to stay away from him. How dare you. I'll do more than that to malfoy i assure you. Don't you think i know what happened with Remus. why the hell do you think i'm here. Niw get away from Barty.' harriate snaopoed voice cold.

Jasmine raised her wand at Harriate,"Don't you even touch Draco. He never did anything to you. If you harm a single hair on his head, I'll kill you just like how you killed Remus!!!!!!!!!"

Harriate's gaze didn't waiver at the wands but she felt her heart flip at the mention of Remus. She kept her emotions bottled inside however.
'One warning. let barty go.'

Jasmine glared at Harriate,"No, Why should I trust a traitor like you. You killed your friend. I thought Remus meant something to you."

'He does. It was an accident. He took the dagger. i didn't ahve time to tell him it was Pure Silver before he tested the sharpness. Now move aside.'

Jasmine raised her wand at Harriate's neck,"No!!!!!!! Barty is going to get what he deserves and you will too. I knew it was a matter of time before you disposed of Remus. You disgust me. No wonder Cody can't trust you anymore."

'I DID NOT MURDER REMUS IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. I WOULD NEVER HARM HIM.' She yelled tears in her eyes. She grabbed Jasmines arm twisting it around to get the wand away from her.
'Do what you want to me but leave Barty alone.'

Jasmine pryed her arm free from Harriate's grasp and she raised her wand at her again,"YOU LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU KILLED HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! EXPELLIARMIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" a jet of red light speed toward Harriate.

Harriate staggered back from the blow and her eyes widened as the spell crashed into her chest winding her. her wand soared from her boot into the air as the charm worked.
'didnt....purpose...' she gasped trying to breath.

Jasmine walked over to Harriate with her wand still raised,"Shut up!!!!!!! Tell that to the minister you traitor!!!!!!! DURO!!!!!!!"

Harriate rolled out of the way and jumped up gasping for breath as she threw a punch at Jasmines face. SHe had to get Barty out of here. After that she didn't care what they did.

Harriates eye widened as Cody lunged for her and she wrapped her arms around his neck to hold him back as she fell to the floor. She had to get Barty out.

Jasmine got up and raised her wand again and screamed,"FLAGRATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Flames shot out of Jasmine's wand and blocked Harriate's way to get to Barty.

Harriate winced as she felt Codys teeth bite down on her arm and she kicked him in the stomach to get him off. She had to get him off. She couldnt lose Barty as well.
Once Cody ahd changed back harriate got up and ran towards Barty.
