Sunrise

Subject: Sunrise Mon Jul 30, 2007 12:19 am

After leaving the hospital wing Harriate made her way outside. Upon opening the door she realised it was sunrise and smiling slightly made her way down to the lake. Sitting down at the waters edge harriate started into the water before lying back on the grass watching the sun rise and the blood res that lit the sky.

Lupin was still by the lake the next day by a tree on the outskirts of the forest. He heard someone walking down and looked round to see Harriate and his blood ran cold. He pulled his cloak round him, still wearing the Hospital wings pjs under his cloak after losing his own. He looked a mess, like he's been sleeping rough for a days, but he'd only been out for one night after the fullmoon and after what happen, not knowing what to do with himself

Sighing Harriate closed her eyes having not slept very well in the hospital wing. After a while harriate sat back up and pulled the side of her tattered dirty shirt up and saw the bandages beneath. Trying to find the end she started to undo them.

Lupin needed to find something to eat as he was still weak from the night.

He got up slowly and carefully made his way round Harriate hoping that she wouldn't see him, he didn't think he could talk to her yet.

Harriate stopped unwrapping the bandages hearing someone behind her and turned and saw Remus. She gave him a small smile but didn't approach him as she didn't know if he would want to talk to her or not. She had a feeling he was the werewolf from last night, but she didn't know why she felt that. And if he was and didn't know harriate wasn't going to tell him.

He looked round at her as she looked at him. He wanted to say sorry and hug her and make it all better, but he caused it, and he couldn't make it better. He didn't smile back, he couldn't he felt sick

Harriate pulled down her shirt and tucked the loose bandages in and waved at Remus. he didn't look so good and she didn't know what to do. She didn't want to put him in an awkward position.

He gave her a weak wave and sat down away from her by a tree hoping he might get the courage to talk to her sometime soon, or that she might say something to him

Harriate sighed slightly not knowing what to do. She wanted to go over and speak to Remus but was scared he wouldn't want to speak to her and would hate her. Taking a deep breath Harriate stood up and walked over to Remus.

Lupin just shook his head "No, it's fine." he muttered, not to be rude but just felt uneasy. "..you alright?" he asked timidly

Harriate sat down beside him watching the sunrise and shrugged.
'Im fine. how are you?'

He looked out across the lake then back to her "..been better, have a lot on my mind... not sure what to do anymore.."

Harriate shook her head.
'Havent really talked to anyone. Woke up in the wing went to sleep woke up again and came here.'

'You have nothing to be sorry for.' Harriate now certain it was Remus last night. But she didnt care. it wasnt his fault.

'if you mean this..' Harriate gestured at her side. 'Then its not your fault and i certainly dont blame you.'

'Really professor..it doesnt matter to me. im fine see.' Harriate indicated her body and smiled. 'The others are fine to.'
